Project Management Associates (PMA) is a not for profit Registered Society established in 1993 with the sole aim of strengthening PM culture in the country. It is the only association of project professionals and managers in India and is one of the 44 Member Associations of the International Project Management Association (IPMA) incorporated in Switzerland in 1965. Adesh Jain, visionary President of PMA has been the first non-European President of IPMA comprising of 44 Nations from all over the world. He is an Independent Director of NTPC Ltd and a member of the high level Task Force set up by the Govt. of India to finalise MOUs with Central Public Sector Enterprises. We require:

For PMA- Directors : Who would be willing to make PMA the most vibrant association by increasing it's membership, publishing magazines, Opening up of Chapters in India , influencing Central & State governments and marketing PM Certification. As a director, he or she will be empowered to take independent decisions once the strategic Blueprint is finalized for PMA. The incentives will be entirely dependent on the performance. We expect that a candidate applying for this position should expect equal amount of Incentive to the salary component. Should certainly have fire in the belly & entrepreneurial outlook. Should preferably have an Engineering and MBA background. Should have established track record and should be passionate about working for an institution dedicated to strengthen PM movement. Age group 40 to 55 years. Salary: 5 to 6 lacs p.a + incentives.

For CEPM- President : Who would be No #1 to lead CEPM as the most valued based company. He/she should take company’s turnover to 50 Crores from existing % Crores in the next 3 years. CEPM enjoying a great ‘brand’ name internationally, President should able to expand business in America, Europe and Asia. It is a great opportunity and the candidate should be willing to put his career on stake. Some of the major challenges for the incumbent would be to forge alliances with companies world wide; get Venture Capitalists to fuel the growth; establish Franchise in India and abroad for Internet /CD based project management certification and on advanced topics. President will be one of the critical components of the project management movement in India.He/she should be MBA from top 20 Business schools. Should certainly have fire in the belly & entrepreneurial outlook. Anybody looking for a change in job without entrepreneurial outlook need not apply. Those who have been working in steady jobs without any links to performance based incentives also need not apply. Preference would be given to engineers and to those who could also teach if required, at the senior management level after due orientation training. Should have established track record and should be passionate about realizing vision and awakening dreams to be the BEST. Should be computer savvy and self starter. Should preferably be between 40 to 55 years. Salary : 7 to 8 Lacs Should expect about 10 lacs as incentives linked to performance.

For CEPM - Corp. Trainers : Ideal Candidates would be Engineers with flair in teaching. Should have project management background and have taught project management. Depending upon the rating of the feedback from the students, can expect 30 to 40 % of the incentives from the training programs conducted. Should have 10 -15 years experience in teaching / training in Project Management. Salary: 5 lacs + incentives

For both , PMA and CEPM – Managers (Business Development) : Shall be responsible for the total marketing of services of PMA / CEPM. Should have a proven track record in marketing of services like training and certification. Product marketing as quite distinct to Services to be marketed. Should be post graduate and 8 to 10 years of relevant marketing experience. Candidate should be passionate about their work, dedicated and determined. Preference will be given to MBAs. Salary: 5 Lacs + incentives linked to meeting of marketing targets.

For CEPM - Business Development Executives : Shall be responsible for marketing of services of CEPM. Should have a proven track record in marketing of services like training and certification. Should be post graduate and 3 to 4 years of marketing experience. Proficiency in MS Off. & Internet is a must. Candidate should be passionate about their work, dedicated and determined. Preference will be given to MBAs. Salary: 3 Lacs + incentives linked to meeting of marketing targets.

Executive Assistant to MD : Smart, intelligent, IT savvy post graduates for secretarial work including office management, emails, handling correspondence, filing & database management. Minimum 5 years experience. Should have excellent communications skills and drafting of letters both at strategic and operational levels. Salary range: Rs. 3 to 4 lacs + incentives
